Due to the pandemic, Dow Jones failed, nowadays, to pass the bar 50 % in 4 years.
So it's understandable, why Trump fat pass the economy before life, with such eagerness right now!
Trump doesn't want to confine, because are objective, not at all unacknowledged, is to see the economy grow to the maximum before the elections.
In the spring Trump was in a panic when the pandemic. The Dow Jones' growth has stung by near-zero 0 % this spring. So he's been doing everything since the spring to avoid quarantine and push people to work at all costs despite the pandemic.
It is therefore impossible for him to have a modicum of compassion for people. His priority is to be re-elected, so it's aimed at, economic growth… at all costs!
