I am landlord, and even if, L'Ava, my weekend is the most profitable year. I totally agree with the Movement for Quebec decay friendly (MQDC) and Amir Khadir when they denounce the Grand Prix.
The F1 was once a sign of modernity, Performance, d’avant-garde et d’innovations (disc brakes, 4 wheels, Fins, radial tires, etc.) then in the 70, 80 d’économies d’énergie. This is the F1 that made us discover or rediscover the aerodynamics, turbo engines, compression, tires high membership, lighter materials and resistant (aluminum and carbon fiber), etc. and safer (rollcage, active suspension and traction control). The F1 was therefore, formerly, sign of technological innovations.
Yet, aujourd’hui, even if the electric motors can accelerate 2 times faster than a gasoline engine while 100 times more silent and emission-free! The Grand Prix appears headed by a dinosaur who has not any vision, by not requiring, that vehicles are clean and not noisy. Yet, we are no longer in 20th century long!
Today, this dimension, "Innovation of the Future", seems to be completely evacuated from the Grand Prix, or, leaders are completely disconnected from reality. They do not even require more, that the minimum limit of European 5%, biodiesel fuel in vehicles!
For its part, the Government of Quebec, boasts of having a policy of sustainable development. So, qu’il l’applique. All Quebecers should require that the Grand Prix is environmentally responsible and innovative future, not a scrap of the past. All major manufacturers are already working on electric motors or hydrogen. So, demand that the Grand Prix are no fossil fuels and clean. And held in Montreal the first Grand Prix eco-responsible. Especially here, we can generate electricity or clean hydrogen. And we can, aujourd’hui, replace fossil fuels. Besides oil and pollutes, that pollution are killing millions of people. Thereby committing, the largest genocide in human history. It is criminal to burn fossil fuels. And long ago that we should prohibit the use.
And the Grand Prix, Fuel oil, is doomed anyway, then, either now !
And there is no danger that the FIA left Montreal for a minimum requirement and also fundamental. F1 Grand Prix in Montreal is probably the biggest event of the season and the most profitable for the FIA (it was not even necessary for governments to give in to blackmail the resumption of the season 2010 to give them subsidies ! He came back last year anyway).
And if the FIA refused to make a Grand Prix without fossil fuels and she canceled ? A Quebec contractor starts the first F1 Grand Prix "ecological".
If not, between you and me, anyway, l’humanité, and hoteliers, can happen in F1 itself, this type of customer ..., and its bad influence on car drivers.
Personally, I think the situation on our roads is only getting worse from year to year in Montreal. And the Grand Prix has no chance to improve the situation. I already had the chance to visit Japan during 2 weeks, is minimal 12 hours per day outside, without ever seeing a single driver commit a traffic offense. Here, we can not even go out for groceries without risking getting killed. I just go out once a week to do my grocery, walk or bike, and I may get killed 10 times per hour by motorists, ... Easily influenced ...! Why easily influenced? Yet, nobody says influenced by advertising but, Yet everyone in a car parked outside the door. I've never seen most of my neighbors walking on a sidewalk ! Being so influenced by advertising, they would feel diminished walk out ... ! They all need a "tank" to be "somebody". So when I say that these people are easily influenced ! It influences do you think the Grand Prix race has on these people ? ... I am a cyclist who was struck 4 time since the beginning of the year by motorists who do not respect the rules of the road ! Another new "record" (probably due to the Grand Prix) beat this year !
The elimination of the Grand Prix could therefore be beneficial on the behavior of "Gino-in-self".
Speed, performance and fearlessness are outdated concepts, that should be banned, even in advertisements, as a crime against humanity and incitement to murder. Manufacturers have a duty to prevent rather the dangers of automobile use and, educate drivers to the proper conduct. I also on behalf of our members to vote on this legislation as soon as possible. Away with the pubs of drivers on closed. The road must not be compared to a race track ! It prohibits well to show people who drink alcohol in pubs! So why do we allow in advertising to show people driving a vehicle as a weapon of war ? Kinds of behaviors they are taught do we ?
And for that matter, demand for automatic collision avoidance systems mandatory arrest. Another law, that J'espere, this year ! And implemented from next year on new vehicles and by 2 years on all used vehicles. Require these safety systems in F1 and all vehicles. These systems should have been made mandatory since their invention. As the speed limiters should have been mandatory on all our long road. As we were the taillights raised decades ago. To completely avoid accidents, the wounded and the dead driver, d’automobilistes, cyclists, Pedestrian, children in strollers on the street corners and also there are more elderly people crushed by the plow trucks or even windsurfers crushed by a bus.
I'm not sure many Gino remain interested in go shopping without noise and without accidents ... ! Like what ..., interest in the races seems to rest on philistines attractions ... well primitive noise and blood !
