QUESTIONS pamphleteer.

All ages, in all civilizations, the greatest crime he did not always murder? So, how is it that in the 21st century, there are still states that do not meet this standard the most basic?

Could it be that international laws have been enacted by leaders who sought to protect their own lives before that of their people?
Is not it time, that the primary role of leaders is, respect and protect life and quality of life for all citizens?

Is it not obvious, that no innocent civilian can not be murdered, killed or mutilated by the absence of any state, organization or person?

The People Is not Sovereign?

Is not it time, that the people vote the international standards that are above the law and government?

How long will it take for governing the actions of leaders?
Is it not obvious, that all states must enforce international pollution standards, so that no citizen is sickened, killed or rather murdered,by any kind of pollution source, anywhere on Earth?

Is it not obvious, it is the role of any State to ensure, all citizens, a place to live away from danger zone of natural disaster (volcanic eruption, areas inondable, tidal wave, earthquake, hurricane, ou Tsunami, landslide, etc.). And that such risk areas, must be turned into areas of national parks, undeveloped, or agricultural lands, not habitées.

Is it not obvious, that all virtuous government must eliminate anything that may cause its natural cataclysms, and even more, which can amplify.

Is it not obvious, that all governments must submit to the International Criminal Court? And this, without trying to protect the nationals of any other country?

And finally, is it not obvious that politics is too serious a matter to be left in the hands of politicians?

And let the governments enact their own laws to which governments must comply is like asking criminals to decide the criminal code or to the police themselves?

So, which is to vote the standards to which governments must comply? The rulers themselves, or, all citizens ?
