WHY THIS TEST?
Dissatisfied with the electoral vote compass limiting evaluation to the principal parties only with deputees, I have decided to make my own evaluation file of party platforms.
The media perpetuating the cycle of renewal of the ruling parties and even eternaly denying journalistic neutrality as I criticized in my “Manifesto for a true global democracy“(2). Since I am in favor of more democracy, So more parties, I never vote for parties with MPs. And I never miss the opportunity; to vote for third parties to contribute to their financing.
I have decided to make the file public in pre-pre-beta version.
If the file is popular I will think to do a web version for the next elections.

My editorial
The Communist Party, the Liberal Party and the Green Party have the most sophisticated platforms.
The liberal party has by far the most comprehensive platform and most innovative in several respects. They also seem to have taken ideas from Strength in Democracy.
Quebecers are divided on the choice of for a party for whom to vote. But, the question is to know who the other provinces should vote? Between Conservative, Liberals and NDP to run the country?
I think the Liberal party offers the most comprehensive platform and most progressive of the three main parties.
But of course, for a healthy democracy, it is important that as many parties are represented. What the Communist parties, Strength in Democracy, Liberal and Green intend to establish when the next elections with proportional voting.
